The main purpose of this position is to provide members with a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of cash and non-cash related deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy. Respond to member and potential member inquiries, analyze needs and assist members to utilize the product or service which best meet those needs. The incumbent assists the Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager in work that supports the achievement of branch sales goals and is responsible for ensuring all elements of the risk management and compliance policies are being followed and implemented.

Some of the qualifications, which are desired for this position, include, but are not limited to:

• MA experience is required
• Sales oriented individual who is meeting or exceeding sales referral targets
• A clear communicator who is tactful, diplomatic and patient when dealing with the public and co-workers.
• This individual has developed and maintains a positive attitude
• Proficient decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient planning, and workforce management skills
• Committed to increasing their knowledge through continuous learning activities
• History of excellence in Member Service
• Self directed and willing to take initiative
• Attention to detail and organizational skills is a must
