Brunswick Credit Union has a requirement for a seasonal, full-time income tax receptionist.
The receptionist is the first point of contact and will greet members (clients), by phone or in person, with an attentive and professional manner. The receptionist will update relevant information when an individual drops off tax documents and will follow established procedures in preparing files for the next step in the tax review process.
Some of the qualifications which are desired for this position include, but are not limited to:
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in all aspects of the work performed
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English
The ability to be bonded is a condition of employment with Brunswick Credit Union. This consists of the completion of a bonding application process which includes a criminal record and credit check.
