MANAGER, CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) and BRAND MARKETING

The Manager, CSR and Brand Marketing plays a crucial role in driving community engagement, environmental stewardship and ultimately enhancing the company’s reputation, building member trust and creating a meaningful social impact. The main purpose of this role is to build the CSR framework and develop sustainability strategies as well as being responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing strategies for the Credit Union. The Manager will also design and oversee the development, coordination and delivery of the brand marketing plan. They will promote the creation, enhancement and development of programs to promote the Credit Union and its services.

Preferred qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• A post-secondary diploma/degree, ideally in marketing and 5+ years experience preferred
• Strong Corporate Social Responsibility background and experience
• Demonstrated working knowledge of marketing principles
• Strong oral and written communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work with content management tools
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Demonstrated proficiency in direct marketing processes including campaign analysis
• Proven project management skills as well as developing strategic plans
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office tools
• Committed to increasing their knowledge and growth through continuous learning activities
• Experienced and adept at managing change
• Skilled problem solver and sound decision maker
