Brunswick Credit Union has a requirement for a full-time Clearing & Payments Administrator in our Retail Banking Department. This position will support branch functions by the monitoring and processing of cheques and electronic transactions by the clearing system .
Some of the qualifications, which are desired for this position, include, but are not limited to:
- Working knowledge of clearing process
- Attention to detail, focus and accuracy are very important skills for this role
- Ability to prioritize and have strong organizational skills is required.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Effective listening & telephone skills
- A clear communicator, who is tactful, diplomatic and patient when dealing with members and team.
- History of excellence in member service.
- Flexible – a person who can work well both independently and in a team setting.
- Committed to increasing their knowledge and growth through continuous learning activities.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in an ever-changing environment.
The successful candidate must operate with a high level of integrity and customer service orientation, and have experience working with and balancing cash.
